Quiet hours are observed between 2200 and 0600. We ask that during this time voices, music and general noise level is kept at a minimum as not to disturb other guests.

Late check outs are not guaranteed, however, if one is needed, please inquire at the front desk the day of departure. We will do our very best to accommodate your request. All late check outs beyond 1300 will be charged for an additional night.
Payment in full for entire stay is collected at check-in. Nickell Hall accepts all major credit cards and cash. We do not accept checks for individual payment. Direct Bill options are available for group bookings. Please call the front desk for more information on Direct Bill accounts.
No need to keep track of a paper receipt! Receipts are sent automatically via email the day of departure.
Each time a guest checks out, you can rest assured that the room has been thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and inspected by management. Each and every room will have fresh linens, trash removed, bathrooms cleaned, all amenities and toiletries restocked, appliances and fixtures checked, floor vacuumed and entire room sanitized.
Monday through Friday a team of our amazing Room Attendants will sanitize your room, remove trash, replace towels, vacuum floors and make your bed. If personal items or items of value would need to be moved in order to complete any of these tasks, that area will not be serviced that day. Towels that are hung will not be replaced. Please place soiled towels on the floor to indicate to our housekeepers that you would like new towels.
"Do Not Disturb" cards are available in each room for your convenience. If a DND card is present on your door after 0830, you will not receive service that day. If a DND is on present for 3 consecutive days, a wellness check and a mandatory daily room clean will be completed regardless of the presence of a DND card. This is to mitigate damage from long periods of use without cleaning. To give adequate notice, a reminder tag will be placed on the door the day prior to mandatory cleaning.
Saturday and Sunday maid service consists of towel replacement and trash removal only. Additional linens, toiletries, toilet paper etc. can be found at the front desk anytime!
Housekeeping will provide sheet changes every week. Change days can vary from every 6-8 days depending on occupancy. Additional sheet changes may be requested by speaking to a Front Desk associate.
For the protection of our guests and employees and per Federal Law, Nickell hall is a firearm free facility. Only guests who are required to have a firearm for duty may have one in their possession while on Nickell Hall property. If you are authorized we ask you keep your firearm secured or on your person at all times. If an unattended or unsecured firearm is discovered, it will be reported to the Command Staff. Rooms with unsecured firearms will not receive any maid service.
Nickell Hall is a pet free facility with the exception of Service Animals. Per Federal Law, we do not recognize emotional support animals as Service Animals. There is no charge for Service Animals. For cleaning purposes, we ask you declare your Service Animal upon check in and that the animal is not left unattended in guest rooms at any time. Any damage caused by a Service Animal is subject to cleaning/damage fees.
